We recently helped our daughter with the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle from Auburn Chevrolet. Our salesperson, Kristea Crouse from the internet sales department, was fantastic. By the time we got to Auburn Chevrolet we were pretty frustrated and disgusted with the car buying process but Kristea was friendly, courteous and professional, not at all pushy ,and responded well to our needs. There was none of the typical BS that you hear from other car dealerships. We've been in the parts department to have some keys made and picked up our plates from the receptionist and everyone we've come in contact with has been a joy to deal with. Great Experience! The people at Auburn Chevrolet were very nice and friendly. Jason is the internet manager and he helped me get into the vehicle that I wanted. The finance department was awesome and really worked with me to get down to the payments I could afford. I was very happy when I left.

Went down to Auburn Chevrolet in November in 2010 in need of a reliable pre-owned commuter car. Very quick and easy. One year and fours months later I have not had any problems with my vehicle. Then last week my mom went to them and purchased a new Chevy Malibu. Her experience was so good that she named her car after the sales dude.

I had a great overall experience here and had great help. From the beginning to the end. I had AMAZING help from the People who work in the Internet department. They were friendly and made everything easy for me. I was really content with the starting price they gave me. That got me hooked without hesitation. I had great help from a young lady. I think her name was Zaire (Not sure how to spell it, sorry) and from others but she stood out. She was really great and helpful. I'm just glad a got a great car without all that hassle behind the desks and etc. I'm really glad I dealt with this dealership. Next time I need another car or when I get my daughter her 1st car, this is the first place I'm coming to. Great people there.
