I was extremely happy with my whole experience at Auburn Chevrolet! Every person I came into contact with was outstanding. Especially Fred Dearing who helped me through the whole process. He was knowledgeable, kind, a great communicator, and went the extra mile to help me get the right car. I love my new Chevy Equinox! Also deserving of a special call out are Jamie Klinebriel and Dustin Dearing for all their hard work and kindness. It honestly felt like I was part of the family there. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership as I did at Auburn Chevrolet.

They were very easy to work with. I felt like there was no game-playing, such as what often happens at car dealers. I also appreciated that I was given freedom to truly test-drive prospective cars.

Always great service! I had a “Check air bag” warning. Turns out, I had a slight leak from my cab light. The tech found the problem, took apart and dried the interior and replaced the sensor under my driver’s seat that was corroded due to moisture.

Gypsi at service desk did a great job of receiving and keeping me informed with status of work. Gypsi also took time to obtain best appointment time for other work that I had scheduled, she was able to work with my schedule.

Auburn Chevrolet has their stuff together. They are professional, realistic, and they aren’t looking to sell you a box on wheels. They want you to love your car as much as you hope to. They aren’t pushy and from my experience, they were honest from every angle. I highly recommend checking them out.

my car broke down in the middle of nowhere, I had no idea why. car went from driving, stepped on breaks at a stop light, when turned green, pushed gas pedal and it just raved up and would not go. pushed it into nearby parking lot, saw that it leaked lots of fluid! was able to tow it to my friendly dealership. Gypsy was super helpful as always! they were super helpful and courteous in dealing with my issue. thankfully it was just a simple clamp that came loose, and was an easy peasy fix! thanks Auburn Chevy!

I bought a 2019 toyata Tacoma and Patrick was an exceptional rep, was very clear and upfront about the car and it's upsides and downsides. Allowed me to get it independently inspected and was willing to negotiate to fit my budget. Overall I felt like he did his best to be straight with me and give me the most straightforward answers to my questions. Car shopping is not my strong suite so take this review with a grain of salt. but if you're looking for a car stop by and talk with them, it's worth at least talking and seeing what they can do.

It was a wonderful experience. My salesman was G. Fred Dearing, a kindly gentleman who understands that simple conversation without playing games is what buyers expect today. Fred had me take a test drive that offers various road situations including bumpy roads, railroad tracks, steep hills, as well as town, rural, and highway drive--all in about a five mile trip. Fred was thoroughly knowledgeable and spent a long time showing me for every feature of the car works. His decades in the business show, because he is clearly experienced and has mastered his trade. No salesman has ever demonstrated a car in depth like that for me before. I also received fantastic service from Nate Avery, who handled the paperwork of the sale. He is highly skilled and quite personable, and he took the time to explain every facet of the various documents involved. Nice sense of humor too! The sales manager, Dan Ross, was reasonable when it came to negotiating and discussing aspects of how they evaluate trade-ins. He was straightforward and pleasant. I contrast his behavior to that of the staff at a dealership nearby where I had been seriously considering purchasing, until they refused to tell me what they would value my trade-in for unless I "gave them some kind of commitment." I wasn't even wanting to test drive at the other dealership, and I left immediately because car buying does not have to be a cloak and dagger operation. My experience at Auburn Chevrolet was the exact opposite and went smoothly and quickly. I feel confident that oil changes and other services will be handled just as well, because Fred introduced me to staff in that area as well. You might assume based on this first class service that I purchased an expensive car, when in fact it was a Chevrolet Trax, a top-rated car with a budget price tag! When I picked up my new car, Fred paired it up with my phone and made sure the Onstar was connected. He had me download the My Chevy app and ensure that it was good to go. I could have done these things myself, but Fred thoughtfully made certain that all was the best it could be. Thank you to all at Auburn Chevrolet for providing excellent service! 10/10 would recommend!

Brent and James are the most honest salesmen I have ever dealt with. Brent took his time and left my wife and I feeling like we were the most important people in the building. He honestly cares about the customer, which cannot be faked. James work ethic and integrity are foundational. James did not hesitate to admit when he made a mistake. Even though it didn’t seem like a big deal to me at the time, he took ownership. From my life experiences this trait is far too uncommon and made a lasting impression on me. I will absolutely use Brent and James in future vehicle transactions.

This is a good shop. Prices are competitive with independent repair shops. But, you get GM parts and GM quality. The work is completed on time, or plenty of advance notification is given. The staff are personable and there to make sure the customer's vehicles are fixed correctly.

I had an unexpectedly delightful experience during my visit! Although I initially walked in through the wrong entrance, Eric from sales was incredibly helpful and personally guided me to the right place. Gypsi in customer care was equally accommodating, making the entire visit smooth and pleasant. What could have been a stressful trip turned out to be enjoyable, and it was quicker than I anticipated.
