They were very easy to work with. I felt like there was no game-playing, such as what often happens at car dealers. I also appreciated that I was given freedom to truly test-drive prospective cars.
Scheduled for a recall. Given a 1 hour by the GMC rep who Scheduled it. Sat for 40 mins and went outside for some air. Walked around the building to hear my horn honking. Worker opened the door and I asked if he was just then bringing it in. He stated he just got the ticket! Said it would be another half hour. Sat again for 45 minutes and went back outside to see my car sitting with the keys in it and a bunch of employees just yapping. Walked up and told him the keys were in it and I was leaving! ... VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND EVERYONE WAS GREAT FROM THE SALESMAN SCOTT ROY TO MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE.
Always great service! I had a “Check air bag” warning. Turns out, I had a slight leak from my cab light. The tech found the problem, took apart and dried the interior and replaced the sensor under my driver’s seat that was corroded due to moisture.
Gypsi at service desk did a great job of receiving and keeping me informed with status of work. Gypsi also took time to obtain best appointment time for other work that I had scheduled, she was able to work with my schedule.
Auburn Chevrolet has their stuff together. They are professional, realistic, and they aren’t looking to sell you a box on wheels. They want you to love your car as much as you hope to. They aren’t pushy and from my experience, they were honest from every angle. I highly recommend checking them out.

my car broke down in the middle of nowhere, I had no idea why. car went from driving, stepped on breaks at a stop light, when turned green, pushed gas pedal and it just raved up and would not go. pushed it into nearby parking lot, saw that it leaked lots of fluid! was able to tow it to my friendly dealership. Gypsy was super helpful as always! they were super helpful and courteous in dealing with my issue. thankfully it was just a simple clamp that came loose, and was an easy peasy fix! thanks Auburn Chevy!

It was a wonderful experience. My salesman was G. Fred Dearing, a kindly gentleman who understands that simple conversation without playing games is what buyers expect today. Had a great experience with sales, but Gypsy in the service dept completely dropped the ball and ruined the rest of our time with auburn Chevy. Very disappointed in the lack of communication between team members causing extreme confusion and anger for customers.
Great service overall. Staff is very helpful and follows through. Auburn Chevrolet is the only place I take my vehicle.

Great experience buying the truck. Everyone at the dealership was helpful throughout the entire process.
This is a good shop. Prices are competitive with independent repair shops. But, you get GM parts and GM quality. The work is completed on time, or plenty of advance notification is given. The staff are personable and there to make sure the customer's vehicles are fixed correctly.
The service was fast and the staff were helpful and courteous. I can't complain at all.
Nathan, was most excellent, answering my question and following up in a timely manner, with my concern. The dealership got vehicle my fix and stood behind the extended warranty that I had purchased I would highly recommend family and friends to purchase their next vehicle from Auburn Chevrolet, just base on the service department alone, thank you
I had an unexpectedly delightful experience during my visit! Although I initially walked in through the wrong entrance, Eric from sales was incredibly helpful and personally guided me to the right place. Gypsi in customer care was equally accommodating, making the entire visit smooth and pleasant. What could have been a stressful trip turned out to be enjoyable, and it was quicker than I anticipated. 5 times I've had my car for repair, The same problem every time. The radiator reservoir continues to leak. Supposedly the repaired hoses and 4 reservoirs. Still no results. After hundreds of dollars there is no results. I'm trying to figure out what to fo now that my finances have been completed. It a shame how these car companies get away with this. And the Attorney General turns a blind eye in which to justify the issue.

Customer service is phenomenal. The wait times aren’t long. The agents communicate frequently regarding updates on your service.
Some of the employees are very unprofessional. Arguing in the lobby about not wanting to give a estimate for trade in until a contract is signed. When you are signing the contract they state that the loan credit union is including a special rate for the extended warranty. They just automatically include it into the bill. Our sales person was pretty good. He had to wash our vehicle himself because there was no lot attendant. The vehicle was nice only down side was it didn't have floor mats or a second key.
Nice people. They all let me know what was going on. Appreciated that I could talk to a real person on the phone. Love that you have a shuttle service. The driver was very nice too. It would have all been even better if it hadn't cost so much, but then so would everything else.

Patrick was amazing. Don’t ever make him change. He wasn’t pushy but still very professional. He is the reason we ended up coming to your dealership, because of his respect and kindness. We were also very happy with the way the sales manager made sure that we are going to get our AC fixed, and will make sure to recommend this place in the future. Edit: the service department ruined our experience with their lack of communication and service. While sales is great, I do not recommend working with their service dept.
I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and now AC don’t work, wheel barring off, etc. I believe the person responsible for servicing my car did the wrong work order on my car as it took him 3 hrs smh to do just an oil change. Called to advise of this and they took no accountability definitely filing a legal claim.

After we "discovered" Auburn Chevrolet, we don't take our Chevys to any other dealership or repair shop. They are the best.
Brought my vehicle in for repairs, was assigned to Nathan as my service advisor and he did great. Went out of his way to do what he could to make my time easier while my truck needed to stay for days to get repaired. Also the mechanic who worked on my vehicle Tony, came out during pick up, and made sure things were right and helped explained what happen and what he did to repair the vehicle. Went there to get oil changed and tire rotation done and after paying almost $200 they only topped off the washer fluid and wanted to charge me a whole gallon of coolant just to top it off when they done it in past. Horrible
It was a great purchasing experience. We drove 200 miles to test drive a gas Silverado 2500 and Scott Roy was very helpful and didn't pressure us. We ended up ordering a truck from Scott and the delivery was several weeks faster than we expected. Thanks for the great truck!
The salesman who sold us the car was great, finance department and sales manager were kind and helpful. Car did have a broken taillight which wasn’t addressed until after the purchase but they made it right. Initially started working with a gal who was a little dishonest and failed to relay info to the gentlemen who actually sold us the vehicle

I bought a new battery and installed it. Vehicle started right up. The next day it wouldn’t start. We had it towed to the dealership figuring there was a different issue. They charged me a $240 diagnostic fee and another $175 to tell me my vehicle is fine—it was the new battery, they had sold me a bad $220 battery. With the tow bill and new battery and extra costs, it was over $1,000 because they sold me a bad battery. This was the worst automobile purchase experience of my life. I purchased a brand new 2024 Chevy Silverado from this dealer and as soon as I got the truck home I noticed the headlights were extremely foggy due to excessive moisture. I went back to the dealer the next day and was told to contact the service department. I contacted the service department and was told that GM considers this normal. The first rep I spoke with promised to call me back within 20 minutes. After about 45 minutes, I called the dealership and talked with another rep. She told me that she too will need about 20 minutes to find out how soon the replacement part will be available. I received a call back within 15 minutes with an estimated cost and the timing of the part. I received a call two hours earlier than promised, which was amazing! I was able to get on the road and get home to Spokane quickly.
Candie was exceptional at everything from the first visit to see what vehicle we were looking at. To her knowledge, about the Suburban and especially about the electronics. Also so patient helping with our phones to get everything set up. Thank you again!
